  • ½ cup sour cream

Optional Additions:

  • ½ pound ground beef or Italian sausage
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Sauté aromatics: Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cooking until soft and fragrant.
  • Add tomatoes and seasonings: Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 15–20 minutes.
