Toppings & Garnishes:

  • ½ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or cotija)
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup chopped lettuce
  • ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro and lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook the protein: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onions and garlic, then add the protein and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
