A dreamy no-bake strawberry crunch cake cheesecake with a buttery crust, whipped filling, and golden Oreo-strawberry topping. Sweet, nostalgic, and crowd-approved!

- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 15 golden Oreos
- 1 (3 oz) box strawberry Jell-O mix
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- Optional: whipped cream, white chocolate drizzle, extra strawberries
Instructions
- Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; press into a springform pan. Chill.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Whip cream until peaks form, then fold into filling. Stir in chopped strawberries.
- Pour over crust and chill 4–6 hours.
- For the topping: crush Oreos, mix with Jell-O powder and melted butter. Sprinkle over cheesecake before serving.
- Garnish as desired and serve cold!

Chill overnight for easiest slicing. Use parchment paper for clean removal from pan
