For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 24 oz (3 packages) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
- 1 1/2 cups chopped Snickers bars
For the Topping:
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup strawberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- Extra chopped Snickers and fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust. Bake for 8 minutes, then set aside to cool.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined. Fold in sour cream, vanilla, diced strawberries, and chopped Snickers.
- Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour with the door slightly ajar.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Top with whipped cream, strawberry sauce, and garnish with extra Snickers and strawberries. Serve chilled.
