Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

For the Cheesecake Filling:

  • 24 oz (3 packages) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped Snickers bars

For the Topping:

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup strawberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • Extra chopped Snickers and fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust. Bake for 8 minutes, then set aside to cool.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined. Fold in sour cream, vanilla, diced strawberries, and chopped Snickers.
  • Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 50–60 minutes or until the center is set but slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour with the door slightly ajar.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Top with whipped cream, strawberry sauce, and garnish with extra Snickers and strawberries. Serve chilled.
