Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup diced green chilies
  • 1 large tomato, diced (or ½ cup canned tomatoes)
  • 1 medium potato, diced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions
