Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
Season the Chicken:
Sprinkle chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat the Chicken:
Mix grated Parmesan and panko breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Press chicken breasts into the mixture to coat evenly.
Cook the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken 6–7 minutes per side, then finish cooking in a 400°F oven or air fryer until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Assemble the Wraps:
Warm tortillas slightly. Spread a generous amount of Alfredo sauce down the center, add mozzarella cheese, and top with sliced crispy chicken.
Wrap It Up:
Fold the sides inward and roll tightly. Optionally, brush wraps with olive oil and bake for 10 minutes for extra crispiness.
Notes
If sauce thickens too much, loosen with a splash of pasta water or milk.
Use freshly grated mozzarella for the best melt and flavor.
No air fryer? Simply bake the coated chicken in the oven until crispy!
