Ingredients
Scale
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt, pepper, Italian seasoning
Lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
Slice all vegetables evenly.
Heat olive oil, sauté garlic.
Add harder veggies first, then softer ones.
Season, stir frequently, cook until tender.
Finish with a squeeze of lemon.
