- 1 cup buttermilk

- 1 tsp onion powder

- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk for 10 minutes.
- Mix flour, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat chicken in the flour mixture.
